The Brief
SIDIA partnered with Hunter to create a high-performance hand exfoliant to complement its treatment-focused hand care collection. The goal: a gentle exfoliant that delivers visible skincare benefits — retexturizing, refreshing, and refining while upholding the brand’s elevated sensory standards. The challenge was to balance effective exfoliation with cleansing and rejuvenating properties, crafting a ritual-worthy product with real results.
Formulation
Developed in collaboration with SIDIA, we created a gel-based exfoliant formula that reflects the brand’s clean, modern ethos with a 100% vegan, cruelty-free formula free from sulfates, parabens, silicones, and phthalates. Mineral-based perlite gently polishes the skin without compromising the barrier, while rambutan peel extract—a plant-based retinol alternative—smooths and hydrates. Avocado oil, rich in omega-6s, nourishes and replenishes dry skin. The result is a transparent, high-performance treatment that delivers both refinement and care.
The SIDIA Complex
A signature complex of avocado and shea butter melts into the skin, leaving it soft and plumped. Extracts of aloe vera, prickly pear and cactus flower nourish and soothe, altogether creating the perfect blend to leave your skin feeling hydrated.
Packaging
The SIDIA Hand Exfoliant bottle is made with 35% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, while the outer packaging is crafted from FSC-certified paper and is fully recyclable. Inspired by a legacy of care passed down through generations, SIDIA’s approach to sustainability is rooted in intention—designed not just for today, but for the generations to come.
